Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected, and where applicable, within the timeframe required by law.

This right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, clearly personalized items, sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or other items excluded by applicable law.
